Amazon Brand Store Image Sizes (2026): Hero, Logo and Tiles

Amazon Brand Store image sizes: the hero image is at least 3000×600 pixels and the brand logo at least 400×400, each up to 5 MB. Image tiles need at least 1500×1500 (large), 1500×750 (medium) and 750×750 (small), with 3000 px width recommended for full-width tiles. Up to 30% of the hero can be cropped at the sides.

An Amazon Store is the closest thing you get to your own website inside Amazon: a multi-page brand showcase with its own URL, free to build for brands enrolled in Brand Registry. Most Stores look unfinished for one reason: images that were sized for the listing, not the Store, so heroes get their logos cropped and tiles get their text covered. This guide lists every Store image size from Amazon Ads' creative guidelines, explains the crop and safe zones, and shows how to produce the assets from product photos you already have.

The short version
  • Hero: 3000×600 px minimum (5:1), max 5 MB. Keep key content in the middle 2100 px; up to 15% can be cropped from each side.
  • Logo: 400×400 px minimum, max 5 MB. Square, shown on every page as the home button.
  • Tiles: large 1500×1500, medium 1500×750, small 750×750; full width 3000 px wide recommended.
  • Mobile: every image tile can have its own custom mobile image. Use it.
  • Text: Amazon advises against text baked into images; use Image with text tiles.

What are the Amazon Brand Store image sizes in 2026?

Amazon's Stores creative guidelines set minimum sizes for each image element, and every image can be up to 5 MB. Upload at or above the minimums; for full-width images, 3000 pixels wide keeps them sharp on large screens.

Amazon Stores image sizes from the Amazon Ads creative guidelines were checked in October 2026. Marketplaces change their rules, so confirm the current requirements in your seller dashboard before you upload a large batch.

Full-width image tiles have a flexible height; Amazon lists a tiny minimum height, so you choose the strip's shape. A 3000×1000 or 3000×1500 full-width tile is a sensible size for a section header or a lifestyle banner.

What is the Amazon Store hero image size and safe zone?

The hero image is 3000×600 pixels, a 5:1 strip at the top of every Store page, above the navigation. Amazon warns that up to 30% of it may be cropped, 15% from the left and 15% from the right, depending on the screen. That leaves the center 2100×600 pixels as the area that's always visible.

Safe center450–2550Product, people, any brand message
Right edge2550–3000Background only
The logo already sits in the header

Your brand logo is uploaded separately and shown in the Store header and navigation. Don't repeat a large logo in the hero; use the hero for a product scene or a lifestyle image that says what the brand is about.

Because the hero is only 600 pixels tall, tall products look tiny in it. Wide scenes work better: a product line-up on a counter, an outdoor setting, a texture with the product placed in the center.

How do Amazon Store tiles display on mobile?

Store pages are rearranged for phones, and tiles can be resized or stacked. Amazon lets you upload an optional custom mobile image and layout for every image tile, and the custom mobile image for full-width, large and medium tiles can be a different shape from the desktop version.

  • Upload a mobile version of any tile with fine detail or a wide composition. A 1680-pixel-wide image made for phones reads far better than a scaled-down desktop banner.
  • Some text fields don't appear in custom mobile layouts, so check the mobile preview for anything missing.
  • Preview both views in the Store builder before you submit.

Why is the bottom of my Store tile covered?

Because a link title overlays the bottom of the tile. Amazon notes that a link title hides about 19% of the bottom of full-width and medium (rectangle) images, and about 12% of large and small (square) images. Keep the product above that band, and if you add a link title, the image must be at least 32 pixels tall.

Can I put text on Amazon Store images?

You can, but Amazon advises against it: text inside an image can't be read by search engines or screen readers, and it often gets cropped on phones. Use the Image with text tile instead, which adds real text over or beside the image.

Your listing images follow different rules. Infographic-style secondary images with text are allowed on product pages; see Amazon secondary images and Amazon infographic images for those.

What do you need to create an Amazon Brand Store?

A Store is free to create for sellers enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, as well as vendors and agencies working for them. You build it in the Stores section of the Amazon Ads console or Seller Central, and Amazon moderates it before it goes live; Stores with low-quality or misleading images can be rejected.

  1. Brand Registry enrollment with your registered or pending trademark.
  2. Brand logo, 400×400 px or larger.
  3. Hero image, 3000×600 px, key content in the middle 2100 px.
  4. Product images for tiles: square close-ups (1500×1500) and wide lifestyle shots (1500×750 or 3000 px wide).
  5. Mobile versions of your most important tiles.
  6. Optional video: MP4 (H.264) for video tiles, with a cover image at the tile's size.

Amazon's Store builder also includes product grids and best-seller tiles that pull images straight from your listings, so your main images matter here too. See Amazon product image requirements.

How to make Amazon Store images from product photos

You can build a full Store from a handful of good product photos. A practical plan:

  1. Make lifestyle scenes. AiArter's product photos tool cuts your product out of your own photo and generates only the background, from presets like Marble counter, Wooden table, Outdoors or Living room, or a scene you describe (8 credits). The product's label, color and shape stay as photographed, which matters on Amazon.
  2. Make them wide. The AI image extender extends a square scene to the website banner size (1920×1080) with AI-filled space (8 credits).
  3. Upscale to Store width. The AI image upscaler enlarges the image 4× (3 credits), so a 1920-wide banner comfortably exceeds 3000 px.
  4. Crop to each slot. The free marketplace image resizer crops or pads to any custom size: 3000×600 for the hero, 3000×1500 for full-width tiles, 1500×750 for medium tiles. Keep the product in the middle for the hero.
  5. Square tiles. Clean white or brand-color product shots (4 credits each) work well as large and small square tiles at 1500×1500 and 750×750.
  6. Graphics. For comparison charts or collection headers, start from our design templates, then use Image with text tiles for the words.

For scene ideas, see Amazon lifestyle images.

Amazon Store image checklist

  1. Hero at least 3000×600, important content inside the center 2100 px.
  2. Logo at least 400×400, square, readable at small size.
  3. Every tile at or above its minimum size; full-width tiles 3000 px wide.
  4. Every file under 5 MB.
  5. Nothing important in the bottom 19% (rectangles) or 12% (squares) if you use link titles.
  6. Text added with Image with text tiles, not baked into images.
  7. Custom mobile images for detailed or wide tiles; both views previewed.
  8. Product colors and labels match the real product and your listings.

Frequently asked questions

What size is the Amazon Store hero image?

The Amazon Store hero image must be at least 3000×600 pixels and no larger than 5 MB. Up to 30% can be cropped, 15% from each side, so keep important content in the center 2100×600 pixels.

What size is the Amazon Store logo?

The brand logo must be at least 400×400 pixels, square, with a maximum file size of 5 MB. It appears in the Store header and navigation and acts as the home button.

What are the Amazon Store tile image sizes?

Minimums are 1500×1500 pixels for large tiles, 1500×750 for medium tiles and 750×750 for small tiles. Full-width tiles need at least 1500 pixels of width, and Amazon recommends 3000. Each file can be up to 5 MB.

Do I need Brand Registry for an Amazon Store?

Yes, for sellers. Amazon Stores are available to brands enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry, plus vendors and agencies acting for them. Creating a Store is free.

Can I upload separate mobile images to my Amazon Store?

Yes. Every image tile has an optional custom mobile image and layout. For full-width, large and medium tiles, the mobile image can be a different shape, with a minimum width of 1680 pixels.
