Billing questions

How does the free trial work?
Every new account gets 50 credits to use over 7 days, with no card required. That's enough for about 12 white-background images or 6 lifestyle scenes. Pick a plan whenever you're ready.
What is a credit?
Credits are one balance for every tool. A white-background image is 4 credits, a lifestyle scene or channel resize 8, an upscale 3, a 5-second video 15, and UGC video ads are charged per second of finished video. Your plan's credits refresh every month, and if a result fails, its credits come back.
What do AI Studio images, videos and voices cost?
Each model has its own price, shown before you generate. Images are 1–38 credits each. Videos depend on the model, length, quality and audio, from 20 credits. Talking avatars are charged by the length of the voice track, and voiceovers by the length of the script. Credits are taken when you start and returned automatically if a generation fails.
Can I buy more credits without upgrading?
Yes. Credit packs and custom amounts are one-off purchases on top of any plan, from $5. Bought credits never expire, and bigger packs include bonus credits. Custom amounts start at 500 credits; the rate falls as you buy more, down to $6.50 per 1,000.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and we'll pro-rate the cost. If you downgrade, the new rate starts when your current billing cycle ends.
What if I change my mind?
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then won't renew. We can't offer refunds for cancellations.
Can I use the images and videos commercially?
Yes, on any paid plan: listings, ads, social posts and client work. Trial creations are for testing and personal use. See our terms for details.
Can I schedule posts to social media?
Yes, on Pro and Studio. Connect Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest and LinkedIn, then post what you make straight from your library, now or on a schedule. Pro connects up to 3 accounts and Studio up to 10. Scheduling doesn't use credits.
Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
Prices are in USD, and Stripe converts at checkout if your card uses another currency. We accept all major credit and debit cards, secured with 3D Secure. PayPal, prepaid cards and cash apps aren't supported yet.
