SHEIN's FAQ allows any ratio from 3:4 to 1:1, while its API page names one size, 1340×1785. Integration partners add others (4:5, 13:16). All of these fall inside the 3:4 to 1:1 range, so a 3:4 or square image at 900–2200 px passes every version. SHEIN doesn't publish a background rule, so the "white background" and "30% rule" claims you may see are not official.

Does SHEIN require a white background?

How do you prepare product photos for SHEIN?
- Convert to RGB JPEG. Files from print designers are often CMYK, which SHEIN rejects.

- Check both sides are between 900 and 2200 px.
