One Tool for Product Photos, UGC Video Ads and Social Scheduling (2026)

Yes, one tool can cover product photos, UGC-style video ads and social scheduling. AiArter includes AI product photos and UGC video ads with AI creators on every paid plan, and adds social scheduling on Pro ($29/month, 3 social accounts) and Studio ($59/month, 10 accounts). The usual alternative is a stack of three tools, such as Photoroom plus Buffer plus Creatify, which costs roughly $43 to $138 a month depending on the video tool.

Disclosure: AiArter is our product. The other tools in this article are good at what they do, and for some sellers a stack is still the better choice; we say where. Competitor details come from each vendor's published features and pricing, checked in October 2026. We did not run hands-on tests of the other tools. Prices marked "reported" come from third-party reviews because the vendor doesn't show them publicly, so confirm them on the vendor's site before you buy.

The short version
  • One tool exists: AiArter Pro ($29/month) covers product photos, 15-second UGC video ads and scheduling for 3 social accounts with one 3,000-credit balance. Studio ($59) raises that to 6,500 credits and 10 accounts.
  • A typical stack of Photoroom Pro, a scheduler and a UGC video tool runs about $43 a month at the cheap end and about $138 with a premium avatar tool like Arcads.
  • Stacks still win on depth: Photoroom has mobile apps and a much larger image allowance, dedicated schedulers cover more profiles and add features like analytics, and dedicated UGC tools offer hundreds of avatars and dozens of languages.
  • One tool wins when you're a small team that wants fewer logins, one bill and a single library from photo to scheduled post.
  • Credit math on Pro: a full content set for one product (white main image, 3 scenes, a story-size version and a 15-second ad) is about 138 credits, so 3,000 credits cover about 21 products a month.

What does a seller's content stack need?

Most small e-commerce brands need the same three jobs done every week, whichever tools they use.

  • Product photos: a clean white main image for marketplaces, lifestyle scenes for secondary images and ads, and resized versions for each channel (stories, feed posts, Pinterest, banners).
  • Short video ads: vertical UGC-style clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, where a person talks about the product. Many sellers now use AI creators instead of booking human creators for every test.
  • Social scheduling: getting those photos and videos onto your accounts on a calendar, so posting doesn't depend on someone remembering each day.

Each job has strong single-purpose tools. The question is whether paying for and moving files between three of them is worth it for your volume.

How much does a three-tool stack cost?

Here are three example stacks on monthly billing, each with 3 social channels, compared with AiArter's two plans that include scheduling.

SetupPhotosSchedulingUGC videoTotal per month
Budget stackPhotoroom Pro $12.99 (reported)Buffer Essentials, 3 channels × $5 = $15Creatify Standard $15about $42.99
Mid stackPhotoroom Pro $12.99 (reported)Later Starter $25 (monthly price reported)HeyGen Creator $29about $66.99
Paid-ads stackPhotoroom Pro $12.99 (reported)Buffer Essentials, 3 channels $15Arcads Starter about $110 (reported)about $137.99
AiArter Pro (ours)IncludedIncluded, 3 social accountsIncluded$29 (3,000 credits shared)
AiArter Studio (ours)IncludedIncluded, 10 social accountsIncluded$59 (6,500 credits shared)

Photoroom's pricing page shows yearly prices, so its $12.99 monthly figure comes from third-party reviews; billed yearly, Pro is reported at $89.99 a year. Arcads doesn't publish its prices. Buffer, Creatify and HeyGen prices come from their own pricing pages. Yearly billing lowers most of these totals, including AiArter's ($278 a year for Pro, $566 for Studio).

What each stack does better

The totals aren't like-for-like. Photoroom Pro includes 8,000 AI credits and 1,000 exports a month, background removal that costs no credits, and iOS and Android apps; AiArter is web only. Buffer Essentials gives unlimited posts per channel (fair use), and Later Starter covers up to 8 profiles. Creatify lists 300 actors on Standard and 75+ languages, HeyGen lists 700+ avatars and 175 languages and dialects, and both allow much longer videos. AiArter has 8 AI creators, 17 voices and ads of about 5 to 30 seconds.

When is a stack of separate tools still better?

Pick the best tool for each job when one of these describes you.

  • You edit on your phone. Photoroom's mobile apps let you shoot, cut out and export in one place. AiArter runs in a browser.
  • You produce images at high volume. Photoroom Pro's 1,000 exports a month, with free background removal, is far more images per dollar than a credit-based tool if photos are most of your work.
  • Video ads are your main channel. Dedicated UGC tools offer hundreds of avatars, custom avatars, many languages and longer formats. If you test dozens of creators and markets each month, that range matters.
  • Social is a full-time job. Dedicated schedulers are built around the calendar, with more profiles per plan and features such as analytics and team approvals. Compare their supported networks with the accounts you run.
  • You already pay for one part. If your team lives in Buffer or Later, adding only a photo and video tool may be cheaper than switching.

When is one tool better?

  • You're a small team. AiArter Pro includes 3 seats and Studio 10, so a founder, a marketer and a freelancer can share one credit balance and one library.
  • Your volume is moderate. Tens of products a month, not thousands, fits comfortably inside 3,000 or 6,500 credits.
  • You want fewer handoffs. Photos and videos land in one library, and you schedule them from the same app instead of downloading and re-uploading between tools.
  • You want accurate product images. AiArter cuts your product out of your own photo and generates only the background, so labels, colors and shape stay true. See our guide to the best AI product photo generators for how other tools handle this.
  • You prefer one bill. One subscription is easier to track than three, each with its own credits, limits and renewal date.

What does the workflow look like in one tool?

Here's one product taken from a phone photo to scheduled posts on AiArter Pro, with the credits each step uses. Credits are charged only when a result succeeds.

  1. Upload one phone photo and make the white main image: pure white (RGB 255,255,255), product at about 85% of a 2000x2000 frame. 4 credits.
  2. Create 3 lifestyle scenes with the background generator, for example marble, bathroom shelf and outdoors. 8 credits each, 24 total.
  3. Extend one scene to story size (1080x1920) with the AI image extender. 8 credits.
  4. Make a 15-second UGC video ad. Enter the product details, pick one of three script angles, choose an AI creator who presents your product and a voice, and keep the burned-in captions. Standard renders in 1 to 2 minutes for about 102 credits.
  5. Schedule the posts to your connected social accounts (up to 3 on Pro) from the same library.

At about 138 credits per product, Pro's 3,000 monthly credits cover about 21 full product sets. If you skip video for some products, the photo set alone is 36 credits, so the same balance stretches to about 83 products. Studio's 6,500 credits cover about 47 full sets. Premium video renders (35 credits per second) look more polished but use far more credits, so most sellers keep them for their best-performing ads.

Frequently asked questions

Is there one tool for AI product photos, UGC video ads and social scheduling?

Yes. AiArter includes AI product photos and UGC-style video ads with AI creators on every paid plan, and social scheduling on Pro ($29/month, 3 accounts) and Studio ($59/month, 10 accounts). Most other tools focus on one of the three jobs.

Is AiArter a Photoroom alternative with video and scheduling?

It can be. AiArter covers white backgrounds, lifestyle scenes and channel sizes like Photoroom, and adds UGC video ads and scheduling. Photoroom has mobile apps and a larger image allowance, so it may still suit phone-first, high-volume sellers better.

How much does a Photoroom, Buffer and Creatify stack cost?

About $43 a month on monthly billing: Photoroom Pro at a reported $12.99, Buffer Essentials at $5 per channel for 3 channels, and Creatify Standard at $15. Prices change, so check each vendor's site.

Which social networks can AiArter schedule to?

AiArter publishes to the social accounts you connect: up to 3 on Pro and 10 on Studio. Check the current list of supported networks in the app before you plan around a specific one.

Are AiArter's UGC creators real people?

No. The 8 creators are AI-generated, not real customers, so don't present them as people who used your product. Label them where an ad platform or law requires it.

Can I use the photos and videos commercially?

Yes, on paid plans. Paid plans export clean files and allow commercial use. Free-trial output carries a small "Made with aiarter" mark and is meant for testing.

Is there a free way to try it?

Yes. The free trial gives 50 credits for 7 days with no credit card, enough for several white backgrounds and scenes. There is no permanent free plan, and scheduling needs Pro or Studio.
