Are the delivery times guaranteed?
The template says delivery times are carrier estimates and aren't guaranteed. Only promise times you can meet, and update the policy when your carriers or rates change.
Who pays customs duties on international orders?
You choose. The template can say the customer pays duties on delivery, that duties are included at checkout, or that it depends on the destination. Make sure it matches how your checkout and carrier actually handle them.
